2. Products and Handmade Nature

• Unique Variations: Since many items are handmade, please account for slight variations in color, texture, and finish compared to product photos.

• Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

• Design Approval: For custom work, production begins only after the customer approves the final design/specifications.

• Non-Refundable: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Revolut Pay, Klarna, Bancontact and EPS. Orders will not be processed until payment is cleared.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Please allow 7 - 14 business days for your order to be crafted and packed.

• Estimated Delivery: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Policy: We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Damages: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, photos, and logos, is the property of AC Crafts. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AC Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
