Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting AC Crafts! Because each of our items is handmade / 3D printed / laser engraved specifically for you, we have established the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests for standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us within 10 days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To protect the integrity of our custom work, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or Personalized Orders: Any item engraved with a specific name, date, or custom design.
Made-to-Order 3D Prints: Items printed in a specific custom color or scale requested by the customer.
Digital Downloads: Once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Sale Items: All "Clearance" or "Seconds" items are final sale.
3. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. If an item is returned damaged or shows signs of use, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
4. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Tracked Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at accrafts4@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging to help us process your claim with the carrier.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
